Noizoon (ノイーズン Noīzun) is the leader of the Eleki Clan Zontark, who serves as the primary antagonist of the V-Cinema live-action Super Sentai movie Engine Sentai Go-Ongera: 10 Years Grand Prix. He assumed the human alias and disguise human form and facade of the Japanese prime minister Shinichiro Noizumi (野泉 進一郎 Noizumi Shinichirō). He was also master and boss of Grayzky and Noizumi Children.
He was portrayed byy Satoshi Jinbo in his human form and voiced by the same actor in his true form.

Noizoon was the first of the Zontark to come into existence by accident from the electronic garbage that the Gaiark leaders Yogostein, Kitaneidas and Kegalesia, who were gathering as they decided to make their new home on Junk World.
Engine Sentai Go-Onger: 10 Years Grand Prix[]
Noizoon and Greysky travelled to the Human World and assumed human forms and disguises with the leader of Zontark became prime minister of Japan and Grayzky as his second-in-command and leader of his military forces. Noizoon recruited Saki Rouyama as his public relations officer. Noizoon then proceeded to start his plan of creating world peace and ecological stability, first establishing Zontark tower to project Noizoon’s Isolation Barrier that was destined to protect Earth from other dimensional threats. The Zontark also forced their predecessors Gaiark into slavery to mass-produce N-Chips which the villains distributed to Japanese citizens so Noizoon could use the innocent people to create his Noizumi Children, and make them serve Zontark as their private army.
Throughout the movie, Go-Ongers and Go-On Wings learned about Zontark plan and proceeded to stop the villains from taking over Tokyo and enslaving innocent Japanese citizens, by turning them into Noizumi Chidren. Go-Ongers knew that N-Chips were already mass-produced and tried to stop Zontark from creating more of them. Go-Ongers even united with Gaiark leaders Yogostein, Kitaneidas and Kegalesia and together afought against Zontark forces. Noizoon knew about Go-Ongers's and Gaiark's interference and ordered and sent Grayzky to eliminate their enemies and prevent them from interfering their scheme of the hypocritical world peace stability. Throughout the movie, Go-Ongers had multiple fights with Zontark and the heroes tried and prioritized to find Zontark's secret base and stop the further producing of N-Chips. At some point Noizoon transformed Saki into theNoizumi child by using his N-Chip attached to her body and Gunpei had to save his friend.
Later, Go-Ongers entered Zontark secret base and fought Noizoon and his minions. In the final fight that ensued between Zontark and the Go-ongers, Noizoon unsuccessfully tried and attempted to reason and negotiate with Sosuke Esumi not to destroy his cellphone by justifying his actions woth the good intentions of protecting the planet and pointing out that Sosuke and his friends Go-Ongers couldn't prevent foreign intruders from conquering the world forever. But Sosuke explained his promise to his friend young boy Souji, and destroyed the evil phone, causing a powerless Noizoon to be finally destroyed by the Engines. Before his death, however, Noizoon saluted the Go-ongers for somehow impressing him with their "splendid work".
