Nomoa Long is a minor antagonist of the After War Gundam X anime. He's a former scientist named Dr. Dorat of the SRA who was dumped by his superiors and is now planning his revenge on Earth.
He was voiced by Kazuhiro Nakata.

Dr. Dorat is a tall, grey haired man in a grey suit.
Personality[]
Dr. Dorat at first appears to be a reasonable man who thinks of the well-being on his town, but in truth he plans to get revenge on Earth for destroying the colonies. He's also quite ruthless, being willing to commit genocide on Earth just to get back on the Earth leaders and also quite abusive, as he'd throw his allies Ennil and Carris under the bus if it suited him. However, he's not entirely without empathy, as his revenge is also for people of his own side who suffered because of the Earth people's actions. It's also implied his inability to let go of the past also stems from the actions of the Earth people and him spending years fighting for the SRA. He's also unwilling to accept defeat, as he committed suicide rather than simply surrendering.
History[]
He first appears as the mayor of Fort Severn, promising the people safety. Short after, however, it's revealed he plans to get revenge on Earth. He then has Tiffa kidnapped. When later Ennil El visits him, the two form an alliance. He later tells her the goal of wiping out the people on Earth and isn't sure if he has to use Carris or Tiffa to power the Patouria. After Tiffa is rescued, he goes back to the plan using Carris. Along with Ennil the two then wreck a lot of Fort Severn. They're later confronted by Jamil and his team. When Jamil tries to negotiate, Nomoa refuses and after Ennil attempts to flee, he considers her a defeatist and tries to shoot her. Then, Garrod captures the ship he's in. Realizing his plans for revenge will never happen, Nomoa commits suicide rather than surrendering.
