Norbit's Parents are the overarching antagonists of the 2007 romance comedy film Norbit.
It's currently unknown as to who portrayed them.
History[]
Background[]
Norbit's parents met before the events of Norbit, began dating and gotten married, where they had a son named Norbit in 1968. Yet they didn't seem to love him, which led to the decision to abandon the baby in an orphanage so as not to have to raise him. They went with Norbit at Mr. Wong's orphanage.
Norbit[]
In the beginning of the film, Norbit's Parents first appeared unseen when Norbit (the main protagonist of the film) narrates to the viewers about his past and where his parents tried to find types of orphanages to sent Norbit at, during night, Norbit's Parents then threw him out of the car without any hesitation, while not saying a goodbye or feeling remorse about him, then drive off while laughing.
It is unknown what happens to Norbit's parents, like if they may have repented for what they did or not, or moved on.

Trivia[]
- Despite appearing only in the beginning off-screen, they are the overarching antagonists as they were responsible for Norbit being sent to the orphanage, due to him getting adopted at the orphanage which caused him meet Kate and later Rasputia shortly after Kate was adopted.
- While Norbit's mother never appears on-screen, unlike his father, both of their voices can be heard while they're dropping off Norbit at the orphanage.
- One of Norbit's theories to explain why his parents abandoned him is that they had no much money to raise him. However, as seen at the beginning of the film, they drove a Mustang, an expensive car, and even if that were the case, if they wished for him to have a better life, they wouldn't have thrown him off the car in that way.
