Norisaku Madoka is a minor antagonist of the Kagurabachi manga series. He is a sorcerer who is recruited by Genichi Sojo to kidnap Char Kyonagi. After he lost to Chihiro Rokuhira, Norisaku was interrogated and tortured by Shiba, until eventually agreed to share information about his employer. Shiba lets him go and Norisaku decides to turn his life around and leave crime behind him, but he's attacked by Genichi Sojo. Norisaku tries to take him out in a suicide attack, but Sojo effortlessly evades it. Norisaku unwittingly killed his sister in the attack.

After becoming a Sorcerer, Norisaku used his spells to create Darum explosive spells. Despite his gifted spells, his Daruma spells caused the Norisaku family to be negatively perceived, even being called the "bomb monster family". His family's bad reputation meant that his sister forced him out of the family home, and Norisaku himself, instead of using his name, used his nickname Daruma after his magic, building his reputation where he had never lost a fight before. Some time later, Norisaku met with Genichi Sojo, who ordered him to find and catch Char.
Kagurabachi[]
Sometime later, at the bar, Norisaku found Char eating with Chihiro. When Norisaku saw them both, he sat down at the table to watch them, which made him notice one of the waiters, thinking he wanted to order something. The arrival of this waiter caused Norisaki to become irritated and he killed him while drawing everyone's attention, including Chihiro and Char. As Norisaku confronts Char and Chihiro, he summons Invincible and explosive Darumas to land Chihiro in front of the bar, then binds Char in his ropes above a handful and then summons even more explosive Darumas to finally finish off Chihiro.
Chihiro, fighting against Norisaku, immediately drew his sword to activate Enten, then used Kuro to free Chara who was tied with a wrist rope. After Chihiro cut his wrist rope, Norisaku noticed that Enten's ranged slash was powered by spiritual energy and then saw Char being saved by Shiba and then teleporting away, which irritated Norisaku. Norisaku then demanded that Chihiro give him Chara to end the fight, but Chihiro refused, preparing for another Kuro.
As Norisaku begins to be attacked by Chihiro, he realizes that instead of using spiritual energy to create objects like Chihiro's blades do, they are composed of pure spiritual energy, like the other Enchanted Blade Norisaku has seen. He was also surprised when he sees another Enchanted Blade and that he is excited to fight one of them but when Chihiro wants to ask why he wants to kidnap Char but Norisaku arrogantly insists that Chihiro should defeat him first, thinking that Enten's powers are for him because they seem to be in able to end all wars.
Norisaku, during the fight with Chihiro, sensed Chara's presence nearby and, moreover, alone again, he began to blackmail her into giving up or else he would commit mass murders of people. So Char almost gave up to protect people like her mother protected her but Chihiro stops Norisaki's blackmail by saving Char. Norisaku summoned a massive Darum blast on Chihiro to create a huge one that could kill Chihiro. However, Chihiro used Aka to remove the huge blast caused by Norisaki, which caused Norisaku himself to become extremely irritated to see that the blade had a ton of immense power and managed to dodge Chihiro Kuro's next technique which was much faster than the previous one. Norisaku became concerned and realized that Chihiro was holding back.
As Chihiro begins to attack the next kuro, Norisaku notices a black sheen covering the Entena and summons her Darumas, then quickly shoots one of them close to Chihiro, forcing her to jump up. Norisaku decided to follow him by also jumping after him and managed to trap him in his ropes attached to Chihiro's wrist and prepared to summon his daruma to finish Chihiro. However, Chihiro spun his blade and summoned Aka: Invincible, using Norisaku's absorbed attack against him and knocking him back. The explosion also summoned Darumas by Norisaki to send Chihiro to the ground, but it backfired for Norisaki himself. Chihiro approached the defeated Norisaki and grabbed him by the tie so that he could answer questions such as the identity of his boss, the reason he followed Char and the location of the enchanted Cloud Eater Blade.
