Norm Richards is a character that appears in Grand Theft Auto V. Norm is able to be picked as one of the heist crew members. Norm is shown to be inspired by Michael Townley and knows Michael's secret about changing his name from Michael Townley to Michael De Santa.
History[]
Backstory[]
Norm used to be a family man, having a wife and three kids but after Michael Townley's death, Norm abandoned his family, robbed a warehouse and used the money to buy drugs and prostitutes. Norm is inspired by Michael and views Michael as his hero.
Grand Theft Auto V[]
The Jewel Store Job[]
When chosen as the gunman in the obvious approach, Norm controls the crowd horribly and one of the crowd people tries to escape, forcing Michael to deal with them. In the subtle approach, Norm would drop some of the jewels he collects and in both scenarios, his bike busts up and he ends up dying.
The Paleto Score[]
When chosen as the gunman, Norm would be killed due to a police car crashing into him which crushes him. Before he dies, he will ask Michael if he is proud of him. Norm's cut of the score could be collected.
The Bureau Raid[]
In the covert approach of the Bureau Raid, Norm is killed by an explosion but in the roof approach, Norm survives.
The Big Score[]
In the subtle approach of the Big Score, Norm would struggle loading the Gauntlet car, almost losing $18,000,000 of the gold. In the Obvious approach, Norm has no problems in this scenario.
