Number 14 is the main antagonist of the episode "Undercover Supervillains" from the animated series Totally Spies!.
Biography[]
Background[]
Number 14 was once a nice guy who always tried his best to help people, but everyone he helped took advantage of his kindness and deceived him. This made Number 14 believe there is no good in people, so he decided to become a villain minion to take payback on everyone.
He formed an organization of minions who agreed to work for Supervillains, but since the Supervillains were very abusive, he started an operation called Operation Villain Revenge to get revenge on all the abusive villains.
Totally Spies[]
When "Operation Villain Revenge" against the supervillains was active, the spies's organication, WOOHP, worrie about what will be the consecuences of all the villains disapearing, without knowing contract the organization of minions for a fake villain organization with Alex as the superviilain leader, Number 14 taking the role of Alex's minion (not knowing she was actually a good spy in disguise).
When Number 14 meet Alex and the others spies (who took on the role of Alex's Henchmen), he act as Alex's advisor, he was very surprised that Alex doesn't act like she was superior to the other villains or look like she don't wants to hurt somebody. Just as he suspected that his plan to steal the Big Bang seemed improvised. He even had the confidence to tells Alex his backstory. But when Alex saw that Mandy was in London and she lies about his sick Pet-Iguana, Alex feels like Number 14 when he told them about people took advantage of his kindness, and she start to act like a real villain, attacking the big bang only to scare Mandy and continue the opearation.
After taking the big bang and gets back to his lair, Number 14 and the minions betrayed Alex and the spies reavealing that they are the ones who are kidnapping the super-villains, and also Number 14 telling he was disappointed that Alex in the end was like the others Supervillains, and she was lunching with the big bang the spies to the sun. Alex tried to convincing that she wasn't really evil but Number 14 don't belive it.
When the spies gets free, they tried to stop the lunch but without Number 14 digital key, the secuence can't stop. Alex find Number 14, she tried to convinced to not do the same thing she did in London of getting revenge and act like the one's who treat them. Number 14 don't lisen to Alex and push it out of the clock and lunch it. But insntatly he see his mistake becouse he was in the ceiling of the Big Bang.
Alex rescues him, and Number 14 in appreciation, he stop the sequence of the Big Bang and the spies retuns the clock to London. Alex tell them that she had to take it to WOOHP prision but she promes that she and his friends tried to catch every villain in the world so they never do any evil thing for someone again.
Perhaps because he didn't harm innocent people and only harmed villains, WOOHP forgive him and his minion's companions, becouse in the end of the episode whe see him and Number 27 break the four wall, when Number 27 in revenge to the spies becouse they reveals the final of his favorite show, Number 27 wants to reveals Cyberchac's indentidy but he was stop by Number 14, who electrocutes him before he can reveal Cyberchac's indentidy to the public.
Personality[]
While Number 14 appears as a typical villain, deep down, he is just someone who got hurt trying to do good. He lost faith in humanity and wanted to make eveyone pay. He also held a grudge against supervillains for treating their minions like objects.
However, Alex's kindness made him realize there are still good people on the world, which made him stop his evil schemes. Furthermore, he treats his fellow minions in a fairly humane way, since they all share the same past where they were mistreated by their former supervillain bosses.
