Nurse Daisy Bazooka is a giant, muscular fish with short blonde hair, big muscles, gray stubble, a beauty mark on right side of her chin, a white short-sleeved shirt with light green trimming on the sleeves and a gold name tag on the right side of her shirt, a light green skirt, white knee socks, red high heels, a white nurses cap with a Red Cross on it, pink lipstick and red nail polish.

Nurse Daisy Bazooka was very mean and cold at the beginning, she grabbed Patrick and violently gave him a sponge bath, even though she saw he's deathly afraid of her. She became happy when she realized Fred loves her so much and started kissing him on the cheek repeatedly.
Biography[]
When SpongeBob, Patrick, Fred, Convict and Tom The Robot were laying on beds in the hospital, Nurse Bazooka appeared and frightened them. She wanted to "give them a sponge bath", but actually desired to abuse them. Patrick started protesting when she was about to grab him, but she was cold to him and started to abuse him. Convict and Tom wanted to escape from beds, and when Fred started to sing a song, they started to enjoy the song and didn't want to escape anymore. Everybody liked Fred's song and started to dance, but Nurse Bazooka didn't because she's a complex woman. She continued to abuse Patrick, but when Fred revealed he's singing about her, she became happy immediately and later started to kiss her lover. It's presumed she was never abusive to others again because somebody finally loved her.
