Nurse Thomas is the posthumous overarching antagonist of Season 2 of Scream Queens. She was a nurse at the hospital named Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering in 1985 and worked with Dr. Mike to murder a patient so they could return to their party.
She is portrayed by Laura Bell Bundy.
History
Scream Again
Nurse Thomas is dancing at the Halloween party when a very pregnant Jane Hollis begs her for help with her husband. Nurse Thomas initially refuses, stating that they like to let loose on Halloween but Jane forces her to help. Thomas goes to get Dr. Mike and he agrees to perform a procedure to help the husband, Bill. However, Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas actually take Bill out back and dump in the swamp to die. She tells him to get rid of his costume because everyone knows about the swamp monster that supposedly lives in the swamp: the Green Meanie. After he throws it into the swamp, Nurse Thomas seems a bit disheartened for a second but then cheerfully returns to the party.
Warts and All
Zayday and Chamberlain discover that Nurse Thomas and Dr. Mike, along with the rest of the staff, were all murdered in 1986. In a flashback, we see that they were killed by the Green Meanie.
Rapunzel, Rapunzel
Jane reveals that she is responsible for Nurse Thomas's murder. She sent her brother to the hospital as the Green Meanie to murder them.
