O and P are supporting antagonists in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. They are a pair of Consuls who work together in their efforts to fight against the Ouroboros.
O was voiced by Taisuke Nishimura in Japanese and Andrew Dunn in English. P was voiced by Sayaka Ohara in Japanese and Maria Teresa Creasey in English.

O is a fat man with red eyes. For clothing, he wears red armor with a purple core on his chest, a helmet with a silver beak and two extended eyebrows like an owl, and a cape.
P[]
P is a slender woman with hazel eyes. For clothing, she wears red armor with a purple core on her chest, a helmet resembling a mask combined with a crown, and a cape.
Biography[]
Little is known about their origins, although O serves as the Consul of the unseen Colony Zeta while P serves an unknown Kevesian colony. They first appear in the conversation near the start of the game discussing their plans to dispose of the Ouroboros with the other Consuls.
Later on, they observe Ethel and Cammuravi as they are summoned to the Keves Castle by the Queen of Keves and N to explain their plan of using the castle's Annihilator to destroy Colony 4. O and P spot Ethel's side Bolearis fleeing the castle and question if they should stop him as he could warn the Ouroboros. N told them not to for Bolearis' interference will rather further drive the Ouroboros to come close to him. O and P then show Ethel and Cammuravi the unique Ferronis built for them to fight the Ouroboros.
At the Engardo Pass in High Maktha Wildwood, the two Ferronis attack the team with O and P on the sideline supervising. Despite their strength, both Ferronis are bested. Deciding that Ethel was a lost cause, O tries to take control of Cammuravi, but he resorts to gouging his eye out to avoid it. O and P drain their life forces through their Ferronis' Flame Clocks as a way to motivate them to battle instead, but the two resort to dueling each other to fulfill their lives' purpose before fatally stabbing each other.
Angered that they weren't able to control Ethel or Cammuravi, O and P decide to face the Ouroboros themselves by interlinking their Moebius forms. They are bested by the team and resort to going into full interlink. However, this causes their interlinked form to overheat at a fast pace, turning into an annihilation event. Noah and Mio smash the ground down to send O and P over a cliff before they explode.
