Octocat is the secondary antagonist of the animated TV show Spliced. She is a mutant who worked as the minion of Mr. Smarty Smarts, but she was also his closest confidante and friend. She is a few of the only mutants to not speak, instead conversing in meows. Despite this, the other mutants still understand what she is saying. Before the Doctor got arrested, she was blasted with a ray to become a super-soldier with Fuzzy Snuggums.
Although she help Mister Smarty Smarts with his evil schemes, she does seem to have some what of a conscience, as displayed when she persueded Smarts to confess that he was unable to read a book containing Peri's purpose, and to read the book again because he learn to read with the help of octocat and a robotic minion. She is voiced by Katie Crown.
She is known to sometimes make Octocupcakes (Sugar Low).

- Her name is likely a reference to Octopussy, a James Bond film, and the main villain of the movie series, Blofeld, was a criminal mastermind who had a pet cat.
- Her tentacles somehow represent flower petals.
- Octocat doesn't seem to camouflage with her surroundings like a real octopus. This might be due to her feline genes having deluded such an ability.
