Oculous is one of the Ten Terrors and an antagonist from Power Rangers Mystic Force.
He was voiced by Andrew Laing, who also Venjix in Power Rangers: RPM.
History
After Necrolai discovered the sanctum of the Ten Terrors, Oculous was going to blow her away, calling her an eyesore. However Gekkor stopped him and when Necrolai told them what had occurred, they went to the surface to introduce themselves and demanded "the Light". Oculous was the second of the Terrors chosen by the Stone of Judgment and was thrilled to get a chance to hunt. He confronted the rangers and demanded that they hand Nick over, but they refused. Oculous then challenged Nick to prevent him from getting all of his friends and defeat him before sunset. He started shooting at them from out of nowhere and on all sides using his pocket dimension. Oculous succeeded in demolecuralising Xander, making the other rangers retreat and they hid in a forest. However he disintegrated the trees they sought to use as cover, succeeding in taking out Vida, sending them on the run again. Oculous got Madison next, when she protected Nick and finally Chip as he was telling Nick not to give himself up. With all his friends gone, Nick called out to the Terror, telling him that he had surrendered himself. But as Oculous prepared to shoot him down as well, Phineas appeared, pulling him out of the line of fire. With help from the troblin, Nick regained his fighting spirit and went to fight Oculous, who brought with him a force of Hidiacs and Styxoids. However the Red Ranger called on Fireheart to form his Battlizer and after defeating the Hidiacs and Styxoids easily, he destroyed Oculous, rematerializing his friends.
Powers and Abilities
Oculous is extremely powerful and wields a sniper rifle-like weapon which demolecuralizes whatever he shoots with it. He also has access to an alternate dimension that he can use to fire at his prey from anywhere with ease. Like all the Terrors, Oculous can change his size, from gigantic to roughly human sized.

- Oculous, counterpart in Mahou Sentai Magiranger, the Super Sentai series adapted into Power Rangers Mystic Force', was Hades God Cyclops.
- He is known as the "Cunning Hunter".
