Personality[]
He shown to be prideful but wise at the same time, it was states he value mortals as just subjects and substance for the Gods to retain their immorality.
History[]
Before the events of the storyline he was trying to raise Baldr as his own successor, unaware of him not wanting to be his heir but when Loki took him to the Underworld, Odin thought his brother murdered him.
Trivia[]
- While this depication of Odin isn't truely evil, due to his extreme methods of mistaking the Seven Deadly Sins as threat and extreme methods to eliminate them, using souls of dead people to maintain his and the other god's immorality, scapegoating his Loki to imprison and brainwash him, and likely will triger Ragnarök the very thing he trying to prevent.
- While he did disguise himself as Grimnir when it was revealed he took form in a toudrment set up by the gods, this doesn't mean he was secretly Grimnir the entire time as he likely posed as him after he went his seperate ways with them when they visited the underworld to see Hel and likely posed as him when they returned. This is because if he was secretly Grimnir the entire time then would've gotten to known them well while undercover as Grimnir and see they are not threats and wouldn't need to do his schemes, not to mention Odin was in his throne room when he got word of the Seven Deadly Sins' existence when Grimnir was with them making it impossible to be the case.
