Officer Tom is a supporting antagonist of the Everything is Fine horror webtoon.
He is a police officer upholding The Government's laws who abuses his power to hurt others. He is also the husband of Lakeview mayor, Laura.
Biography[]
At some point, Tom married Laura and had 2 children named Peter and Davey. He seemingly had a good relationship with his family.
Tom was one of the people who happily followed the governments while others despised them. He became a cop and regularly abused hit position. At some point, after getting a tip from Bob and Linda, he investigated the basement of Charlie Harris, only to discover his aluminum box. Tom immediately demoted him to red-status, ignoring Charlie's begging. Maggie was a witness to this so he forced her to pretend nothing happened, even following her to the park to make sure she forgot.
Later on, he received another call from Bob and Linda, so he went to investigate the house of Maggie and Sam Wilkerson. When he discovered their tinfoil basement, Maggie then charged at him with a hammer. Tom begged for his life, pleading that he had a family before Maggie killed him.
Legacy[]
After his death, Sam impersonated Tom and invited himself to Bob and Linda's house so he could frame the murder on them. Tom's death upset one of his coworkers and his wife, Laura.
Personality[]
Like most cops in the new government system to an extent, Officer Tom is a sadistic abuser who speaks in a threatening way under his friendly tone. Unlike other people who dislike the laws and just try to use it to get by, he uses it as a power to take advantage of others. He is completely uncaring, if not amused of the fact that demoting citizens to Red-status effectively outcasts them from everybody and forces their children to commit suicide, even if he is begged. He is also a massive coward and hypocrite, as he begs Maggie to spare him despite effectively killing Charlie previously.
Despite his negative trials, he had a very good relationship with his wife and children even keeping mementos of the latter.
He speaks in a southern accent and seemingly loves guns, as he would play shooting games with his children.
