Biography[]
The Oil Banbara killed the father of a little girl named Rika and hid inside of a jar that was an heirloom of her family, influencing her to use it to spread oil on things and set them on fire. Oil Banbara used Rika to set fire to an oil refinery after which she was found by three members of the Youth League, who helped her escape after workers at the refinery accused her of starting the fire. The Neo-Humans plotted to use Rika to locate the Youth League's secret base, but before the three could bring her to the base they were stopped by Goro, who was suspicious of her.
The three then brought Rika to Gosaku and left her with him, but while Gosaku was asleep Oil Banbara influenced Rika into setting his room on fire. Gosaku was saved by Goro, who became certain that Rika was the culprit behind the recent arson attacks and that she was being used by the Neo-Human Empire. After smashing the top of the jar, Goro was able to free Rika from Oil Banbara's control and cause her to regain her memories. Upon learning that the Oil Banbara had killed her father, Goro became Inazuman and defeated Oil Banbara by using his Lightning Strike to ignite the oil that made up his body, causing him to ignite and explode.
