We're the dirty little secret your government' been keepin' from you—the cop and the EPF your slick new mayor even. We're the scary things you imagine hidin' in the shadows, keepin' you awake at night, blankets over your faces. You fear us without realizin' you humans are the real monsters ! But no more. We're gonna show you what's what. We're done hidin', done being abused, done pretendin' we don't exist. Done not fightin' back. Don't worry, though. After all you scum have put me and my friends through, my heart used to tell me you should all die. But I've changed my mind about that. No... death's too easy. You need to feel what we feel first—the pain and the terror. But I can read, and all your little signs say you prefer action instead of words, so I'll keep this short and sweet. We're not here tonight to only change hearts and minds. We're here to change everything.
Old Hob[]
Old Hob is a major antagonist in the IDW Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. He was the first villain faced by the TMNT and later becomes the founder and leader of the Mighty Mutanimals but after the death of Slash returns to being a villain again.
During the majority of the Mutant Town arc, He served as an enforcer throughout the town after it was blocked off by the rest of the city by Stockman, until he was later overthrown by the citizens after growing tension and plots to take him down.
History[]
Old Hob was originally just a normal House cat adopted by a young boy but his parents kicked the cat out which became a street cat. Through the years Old Hob was abused by Humans which nursed his disdain for them and then was affected by the ooze which caused him to become a mutant. He would later form a gang using humans as pawns. He would soon fight Raphael and Casey Jones but later loses his eye at the hands of Splinter and then vowed revenge. He was soon kidnapped by Baxter Stockman and was tortured and experimented on before later teaming up with him to get revenge on the turtles and splinter. He later encounters Slash and later befriends him together they rebelled against Stockman and decide to form his own gang of mutants. Soon he later gains more members like Mondo Gecko, Sally Pride, Man Ray, Mutagen Man, and Hermit the mutant crab. Old Hob would later form the Mighty Mutanimals and was also involved with the City fall arc with Slash and fought against Hun with Slash. He would evolved into a more anti-hero of sort and sometimes ally of the turtles until Agent Bishop appeared and had caused Slash's death. This caused Hob's hatred of humans to rise back up but this time instead of killing humans he decides to use a mutagen bomb to mutate most of the humans into mutants.

Old Hob is stronger than the average human and is quite skilled with combat and weapons.
