Mrs. Annie Lucia Munson is the secondary antagonist of the 2008 Canadian animated series Kid vs. Kat. She is a grouchy old lady who is the next-door neighbor of the Burtonburgers who holds a grudge against the protagonist, Coop Burtonburger and his father, Burt Burtonburger.
In hot days, she wore a teenie bikini which cause the suffering of Burt, his friends, Dizzy and Dwayne during Burt's 8th birthday party.
Old Lady Munson is a mean, grouchy, selfish, terrible, cranky, and rude old lady who is rude to everyone except for Millie Burtonburger, who has a soft spot on her. She likes silence and her lawn gnomes. She has also confiscated many things from children and refuses to give them back.

She wears brown shoes and has wrinkles on her forehead, nose, and cheeks. She is also seen carrying a brown dog named Growler who is seen with his tongue sticking out.
