The one-eyed pelican is a minor antagonist from the Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers "A Lad in A Lamp".

Appearance[]

The pelican as the page title suggests has only one eye as part of his pirate look.

Powers and Skills[]

The pelican can swoop in at an alarming speed and swipe any item from unsuspecting victims with his beak.

Personality[]

The pelican is a thief who would swoop in to steal any item he is hired to do, but will not tolerated being cheated out of payment as shown when he snatched the parcel containing the lamp back from Fat Cat when he got tossed aside.

Biography[]

As a smuggler and his client were closing in to meet eachother, the pelican watches as the smuggler was going to sell him a container. As soon as the smuggler takes out the parcel, the pelican swoops in and snatches it, scattering the money across the bridge all of which turned out to be fake as part of the detective's plan to bust the smuggler.

Later on, the Pelican takes the parcel to Fat Cat who was expecting it as it contained a magic lamp. The moment the Pelican demands payment, Fat Cat has him tossed aside and asks him to send the bill. The Pelican does not take kindly to this and swipes the parcel back because he was not paid on delivery. Desperate, Fat Cat demands his men to throw something, but Wart points out they do not have anything to throw. In response, Fat Cat grabs Wart and throws him at the pelican, leading to the bird dropping the parcel.

Following Chip and Dale making a wish to ensure none of the episode's events happened, the episode ends with the scene with the smuggler only this time the pelican was magically put to sleep by the wish before he can swipe the parcel containing the lamp from the smuggler, thus not only the smuggler gets caught, the parcel containing the lamp Fat Cat was after was presumably confiscated by the detective.
