Onitengu is a captain of the Akuma Clan and the main antagonist of episode 30 of Akumaizer 3.
He is voiced by Osamu Kato, who previously voiced Kinglar in the same series, and also voiced Bakuraiman in Robot Detective and Dongoros in Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman.
Biography[]
Onitengu arrived on the surface seeking to defeat the Akumaizer 3 to avenge the deceased Tengular. He used one of his spikes to brainwash a woman and left her for Xavitan to find. At the same time, Onitengu and his Aguma rounded up a group of children so Onitengu could brainwash them with his spikes. Gabra-cho then appeared and fought off the Aguma, but Onitengu controlled the children into pulling out pistols and using them to shoot Gabra.
After Gabra was found by his friends, the Akumaizer 3 continued their pursuit of Onitengu. After the 3 tracked him down, Onitengu used one of his spells to cast darkness over the area they were in, but Xavitan had Evil transform into a lantern and used him to find his way out. After Onitengu escaped, the Akumaizer 3 returned home to find the woman, Ippei, Mitsuhiko and Darunia all lying on the ground. The four of them then got up and revealed they were being mind-controlled by Onitengu before attacking the Akumaizer 3, but the Akumaizer were able to free them from Onitengu's influence by pulling out the spikes. The Akumaizer 3 then went to confront Onitengu again while their friends freed all of Onitengu's victims from his mind control. Onitengu attempted to push the Akumaizer 3 back by having him and four of his Aguma use giant fans to create a wind to blow back the Akumaizer 3, but Evil transformed into a giant leaf blower and blew Onitengu and his men away instead. The Akumaizer 3 then performed their Magic Circle Attack on Onitengu and destroyed him.
