Oonyuudou is a trumpet and golem themed Minor Youkai who served the Youkai Army Corps, the boss of the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers and a minor antagonist in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger; serving as the main antagonist of the season's movie.
He was voiced by Yoshio Kawai who also voiced Skull Doggler in Hikari Sentai Maskman, Baboon Brain in Choujuu Sentai Liveman, Dora Ninja in Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger and later voiced Umibozu also in Kakuranger.

Past[]
Oonyuudou first came to be when humanity's negative emotions physically manifested and formed thier own group under the leadership of the most powerful of thier kind; Daimaou. Oonyuudou was the son of the president of the largest Youkai Bank. However, he became extremely angry since he was constantly being called fat and stupid so struck out on his own. One thousand years ago, Oonyuudou was among the army of Yokai who attacked Ninjaman whilst he defended a village. Oonyuudou was evidently able to escape alive but Ninjaman was banished by the Three God Generals as he slaughtered his entire village after mistaking them for Yokai.
Oonyuudou was ultimately among the Yokai who managed to avoid being sealed behind the Seal Door by the Ancient Kakurangers but was reduced to a human form when the Yo Power was sealed with Daimaou.
Kakuranger[]
By 1994, Oonyuudou has evolved into a more human form by the time that the Yo Power is released by Kappa. After he regains his powers, he and the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers begin shrinking houses down to miniature size for Oonyuudou to play with like a model.
Shortly after the defeat of Bakeneko, Oonyuudou targets the house of Shigeru and Hirose with the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers. However, the house has a special guardian protecting it from enchantments that will eject any Youkai in the building so the Hitotsume Brothers fail and are forced to escape from the Kakurangers. Oonyudou is first seen berating the Hitotsume Brothers from failing and orders them to find a way to get rid of it. Oonyuudou is first seen berating the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers for failing to steal the statue thanks to the Kakurangers interfering. Despite this, they appease him by complimenting his stolen town and telling him to steal the Tokyo Tower. He takes it and several cars before sending the Brothers to kidnap Shigeru and make Yumiko give them the statue. The two succeed in forcing her to dispose of the doll which allows Oonyuudou to shrink the house along with Tsuruhime and Hirose much to the Youkai's delight.
When the other Kakurangers come to rescue Tsuruhime and the children, Oonyuudou traps them in a cage to cook them alive to later eat but they escape by Sasuke turning into a fire extinguisher and using the Cage Escape technique. When the Youkai investigate, they end up trapped in thier own cage but break free and confront the Kakurangers in the quarry with an army of Dorodoros. However, though Oonyuudou attacks the Kakurangers with a fire dimension, the Dorodoros are easily dispatched and the elder Hitotsume Kozou Brother is killed. Enraged, Oonyuudou enlarges himself and the younger Brother to get revenge and the Kakurangers summon the Beast General Fighters. Overpowered, the younger Hitotsume Kozou Brother becomes a football for Oonyuudou to kick into the mecha but the younger Hitotsume Kozou Brother is then killed by Red Simidar. The Kakurangers then form Muteki Shogun which Oonyuudou tries to shrink and crush underfoot but they reflect the beam back at him. As a result, Oonyuudou is shrunk back down to regular human size and immediately killed by the Blazing Shogun Sword.
Oonyuudou is seen, along with all the other defeated Yokai, behind the Seal Door after Daimaou is finally sealed away by the Kakurangers. Reeling that they are now powerless in captivity, the Yokai all vow that they will one day be reborn and regain their power, cursing humanity.

Oonyuudou was a very childish Youkai; throwing a temper tantrum over the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers' failure and his only goal was to create his own model town. He was also a very sensitive Youkai, becoming paranoid about his minions insulting him behind his backs and hating being called fat and stupid by other Youkai. However, he could also be very dangerous and sadistic as the Brothers feared him and he was willing to cook and eat humans.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Durability: Oonyuudou survived being hit by the Kakuremaru Thunder Wave without a scratch.
- Longevity: Oonyuudou survived for at least six thousand years with no side effects.
- Building Movement: Oonyuudou could blow his horn to move buildings towards him.
- Painful Noises: Oonyuudou could also blow his horn to generate a noise loud enough to force the Hitotsume Kozou Brothers back into thier true forms.
- Lightning Strike: Oonyuudou could play his horn to make blue lightning rain down on the enemy. This was strong enough to take down Sasuke and instantly defeat his clones.
- Mist Blast: Oonyuudou could blow hard into his horn to fire a cloud of white mist strong enough to send all five Kakurangers flying with one puff.
- Levitation: Oonyuudou could levitate shrunk objects to him to put in his model town.
- Cage Creation: Oonyuudou could generate a cage around the Kakurangers in a flash of blue lightning.
- Dimension Trapping: Oonyuudou could wave his arms around quickly to trap the Kakurangers in a black dimension where they would be burnt by fire.
- Image Projection: Oonyuudou could generate a massive image of his upper torso in the dimension and swipe the Kakurangers.
- Yokai Lightning Cloud Summoning: Oonyuudou was able to summon the Yokai Lightning Cloud to enlarge himself and the younger Hitotsume Kozou Brother with its Yo Power.

- Cane: Oonyuudou wielded a long blue-black cane in battle.
- Shrink Spells: Oonyuudou could fire red lasers from his staff capable of shrinking anything that it hit.
