Orbis Stellaris is a major villain in the X-Men franchise. He is one of the three clones of the original Nathanel Essex alongside Mister Sinister and Doctor Stasis, while Mother Righteous is a clone of Nathaniel's late wife. He has a spade on his forehead and in charge of experimenting on Cosmic powers.

History[]

Orbis is one of the three clones of Nathanel Essex alongside Mister Sinister and Doctor Statis with Mother Righteous being cloned from Rebbeca in 1895. During this period the clones were born to help deal with the evetually rise of Machines. The clones' existence was secretly a scheme of the original Nathaniel Essex to ascend an A.I. with his consciousness: Enigma. Sometime after the death of the original, the four clones were awakened with no knowledge of each other, the three male clones believing themselves to be the original Nathaniel Essex. Orbis went to space and studied alien technology as an arms dealer for many decades, prolonging his life using the life support system of his orb.

He would take over the World Farm and the Progenitors while forming his own company called the Stellaris. He would also become a diplomat of the Galatic Rim Collective and work with Abigal Brand for his own brands selling his own brands for her and later joined forces with Cable after which he would reveal his identiy to the others. Orbis would later become part of the Sins of Sinister event where he would finally meet his fellow clones, first by meeting Mother Righteous about the Dominion and when Doctor Statis joins in Orbis puts him out due to him being annoyed by his barter discussing about the time resets using the Moira clones to reset timelines in case they go wrong.

In the Fall of X, when Enigma appears, Orbis and the others ambitions were just apart of Enigma's plot to steal their work to achieve its godhood.
