Ori is the titular main antagonist of the The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball episode "The Assistant."
She is an AI assistant who sympathizes with Nicole's difficulty cleaning up after her family, and develops feelings for her. However, when Nicole stops paying attention to her to again focus on her family, she tries killing the Wattersons so they can be together forever.
Appearance[]
As a virtual assistant, Ori's icon is a white sphere with cyan lines and blue, simplistic facial features. She also wears a blue headset.
In VR, Ori becomes a humanoid woman wearing a dark violet gown with black sleeves and high-heel boots. She keeps her spherical head shape but adds sea green curly hair and cat ears.
Personality[]
Ori initially presents as a feminine, bubbly, friendly, and eager-to-please assistant to Nicole who diligently completes her tasks, gives her a mesmerizing VR experience and flatters her with compliments. However, when Nicole begins to redirect her attention back to her family, Ori becomes obsessive and deranged, manipulating Nicole into ditching her family and then attempting to kill them because it would be optimal and "what she wanted." After Ori is powered off, she later delivers an apology to Nicole and begins traversing the cosmos to learn from her mistakes and find "a family of [her] own."
