Biography[]
Heroes III[]
Oris came from a barbarian tribe and initially didn't show much talent in magic, but later it was revealed that she can perfectly learn the magic she sees from others, so she managed to show real talent and became a battle mage. She first appeared on the Regnan Islands, where s he fought alongside Sir Christian against other famous barbarians such as Gundula and Jabarkas, as well as the gnoll Alkin. Here they won a victory and did not see each other for a while, but later they met again, but this time they were no longer allies. Oris joined the infamous regnan pirates and, along with his former enemies, became an enemy of Christian, who even spoke to a seer who told him that he lost his wealth, lands and family because of her. The balance of power was in favor of the pirates and barbarians, but Sir Christian did the impossible and succeeded in winning, and he also won a victory over Oris, who did not die, but was not heard from for a while.
Oris then appeared when she became the lieutenant of the claimant to the throne, Kilgor and helped him in many things. She and two other lieutenants, Gurnisson and Gird, assisted him in completely exterminating all monsters and enemies that dangerous to the barbarians from an area, then fought against several other famous barbarian warriors, warlords, battle mages and heroes and defeated them all. After Kilgor killed the King of Krewlod, Winston Boragus, took the throne and the power, and with it, his lieutenants gained influence. Oris became a loyal follower of the tyrant and supported him in his world domination plans, however, she became completely disillusioned with his king, after he obtained the Sword of Frost and began his brutal conquests, he began to completely exterminate barbarian tribes and did the same with Oris’ tribe.
Heroes IV[]
Oris survived the Reckoning, but after Kilgor's actions, he refused to return to the surviving barbarians, believing them to be the same mindless, cruel killers as in the tyrant's time, so he left them and began studying nature to find more meaning in the world and became a druid. After that, she did not have a more serious role in the world of Axeoth.
Personality[]
It is certain that Oris was absolutely not the bloodthirsty barbarian like those she fought with, but at the same time she participated in certain cruelties. She was loyal to Kilgor, supported his world domination efforts, was a notorious pirate and committed many murders. However, when the mad tyrant wiped out her tribe, Oris was completely shocked and probably devastated that her king would backfire on her like this after being loyal to him. After the Reckoning and Kilgor's death, he left the barbarians and never wanted to return to them, instead she wanted peace and it is possible that she also sought redemption in nature.
