Oscar Guzman is a minor supporting character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is a Mexican gunrunner based in Blaine County, San Andreas. He is affiliated with the Mexican Cartels, and a business associate of Trevor Philips and his Operation.
He was voiced and motion captured by Gabriel Sloyer.

Background[]
Oscar was born in Mexico. At some point, he began running guns for cartels, eventually doing so on and off in the United States around 2008, as he was facing too much competition in Mexico. In the US, Oscar remained independent and avoided making enemies with the most powerful Mexican gangs by making peace with the Vagos and paying off the Madrazo Cartel. Despite this, he competed with the Varrios Los Aztecas and the Marabunta Grande.
He eventually became friends with Trevor Philips and bought guns off of him a few times.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
In 2013, Oscar mostly stays in the US. He continues to work with Trevor, who at one point delivers arms stolen from The Lost MC to him on his boat in the Pacific Ocean. Afterwards, if Trevor buys the McKenzie Field Hangar, Oscar sets up deals and Trevor delivers weapons by air with a Cuban 800 and by ground with a Dune Buggy.
Some time after, Trevor decides to hijack a Merryweather Security Cargo Plane in order to sell the weapons onboard. As he tails it in a Duster, he asks his friend Ron Jakowski to contact Oscar and set up a deal to buy the weapons. Ron does so and Oscar arrives as Trevor manages to hijack the plane. As he attempts to fly it back to McKenzie Field, two P-996 LAZER are sent by the Air Force to order the cargo plane to land at Fort Zancudo. Trevor ignores the pilots and is shot at, forcing him to bail and the cargo plane to crash into the Alamo Sea. As such, Oscar did not get the guns he was going to buy.
