“ | Where do you think you're going?! You're trying to steal Collier from me again! Big brother! | „ |
~ Oseille's vengeful ghost after seeing his brother and Collier's ghosts reunite. |
Oseille is a minor villain in the video game La Pucelle: Tactics.
Biography[]
Past[]
Long before the events of the game, Oseille was a royal at Montblanc castle and was the younger of two brothers. His older brother was married to a woman named Collier, the woman that Oseille loved.
When the Canar Empire invaded and Oseille's brother decided to retreat with his family and soldiers, Oseille would begin to hate his brother even more, thinking that he was a coward with no pride. This hatred would grow as Oseille saw that his brother's soldiers were still loyal to his brother, making Oseille think that everyone liked his older brother more than him. Eventually, Oseille's hatred would grow to the point that he poisoned the food of all the soldiers and his brother, killing them all so he could have Collier to himself.
Now that it was just himself, Collier and Colonne, Oseille would lock her and her son Colonne in a safe room, keeping her safe and secure while thinking that she would eventually fall in love with him. Sometime after this, Oseille would die, leaving Collier and Colonne trapped until they died as well and since the room was lined with lead, their ghosts were trapped there for hundreds of years.
La Pucelle: Tactics[]
Because of Oseille's crimes, the now underground Montblanc Castle was filled with zombies of the soldiers he killed who protected the castle, still thinking that the war was ongoing.
After Priere, Culotte and Alouette free Collier and Colonne's spirits from their locked room, they would restore Oseille's brother back to his senses, convincing him that the war was over.
Before the three of them could pass on, Oseille's spirit would appear in a monstrous form that tried to attack his brother for "stealing" Collier from him again. Priere and her allies would fight the spirit until it stopped.
When Oseille reverted back to his human form and would start to blame his brother for his own heart turning to darkness. Priere would kick him in response, telling Oseille to stop comparing himself to his brother, to get over Collier dating his brother and to find another woman who would like him.
Oseille would accept that he was wrong before passing on.
