Otar is a villain in Galtar and the Golden Lance. He is one of the two main minions (the other being Krimm) of the despot, Tormack.
He is voiced by the late George DiCenzo.
Overview[]
Otar commands Tormack's Gurza army, leading them to pillage and burn villages. A total savage, he rarely shows any mercy in battle. Much like Krimm, however, Otar often takes the brunt of his boss's rage whenever plans fail. However, Otar still stays loyal to Tormack in the end.
Appearance[]
Otar wears green with grey armor and a helmet with a spike. He also has long, red hair.
Personality[]
Otar is cruel, but often cowardly, once begging for mercy after failing a mission. He is also often put in the butt of jokes, like when he is attacked by Zorn after being mistaken for Tormack.
