Otoki is a supporting antagonist in the Freak Island/Kichikujima series. She is the grandmother of The Family.
Biography[]
Otoki is the mother of Yoshikazu, the mother in law of Mariko Glaccias, and the grandmother of Mari, Kaoru, Anna, Kanna and Satoru. She was noted have been too overtly affectionate to people and she was a large old woman who accidentally tore off half of Mari's face, hence why she covers it. She died at some point, with her corpse inside of her house until Mariko returned to the island and using her magic to revive her. Otoki later meets Takahisa and uses the stone's powers to transform him into a mutant, but it was half complete and Takahisa escaped with Hanakuro. After this, Otoki later joined with Yoshikazu, Kaoru, and Staoru for Kaoru's engagement to Ami Murata due to Kaoru being in love and believing she is the second coming of Santa Maria. After Mari was wed to Takahisa, they try to sabotage it until the child of perception was born by Uehara. Later the family became united again and goes after the child of perception and again the church led by the Archbishop Maaximilian during the battle she was to have shown some remorse of disfiguring her eldest granddaughter Mari's face. After Maximilian's defeat, the rest of the family went after the child and accidentally killed during the family in fighting and later makes food out its remains. Later, the dead rise from the graves as zombies, due to the Child of Perception dying.
Powers and Abilities[]
Otoki, in addiction to be a powerful witch, is also a giant possessing superhuman strength, speed, stamina, and durability as well as a healing factor.
