Oumurada is a parrot-themed monster of the Satan Empire and an antagonist in episode 33 of The Kagestar.

He is voiced by Shun Yashiro, who also voiced Gori Oliver and Namekujiga in the same series, as well as Birin in Choujin Bibyun.

Biography

Oumurada was tasked by Doctor Satan with carrying out a scheme to infect the people of Japan with his "Oumurasaki disease", which would cause them to them slowly become violent and bite others to spread the disease. Oumurada did so by using his parrots to hypnotize doctors into injecting their patients with the disease. Kageo Sugata stumbled on to one of Oumurada's victims and began investigating, leading him to one of the doctors whom Oumurada had hypnotized. The doctor attempted to inject Kageo with the disease but Kageo fended him off. However, his nurse came up on Kageo from behind and jabbed him with a needle containing the Oumurasaki disease, causing him to be infected by it. Kageo then went outside and was confronted by Oumurada. He became Kagestar to fight Oumurada, but began to feel weakened as the disease took affect. Oumurada was then able to overpower Kagestar, but before he could defeat him Bellestar appeared and drove him off, knocking him away with her "Bellestar Kick."

As he had been infected by the disease, Kageo had Suzuko tie him to a chair so he wouldn't be able to hurt anyone while she went out to search for a cure. At the same time, Oumurada reported to Doctor Satan about the success of his plan and how Kagestar had been infected too. Soon, hordes of people became infected the disease and continued to spread it by biting others. With their plan proving successful, Doctor Satan personally emerged from the Satan Empire's HQ to observe the success of their plan with Oumurada. However, the two were then confronted by Bellestar, who was soon joined by Kagestar. Bellestar revealed that she had found a cure to Oumurada's disease and used it to save Kagestar before she and her partner engaged Doctor Satan and his forces. While Kagestar battled Oumurada, Bellestar attempted to pursue Doctor Satan. Kagestar hit Oumurada with his "Kage Punch" before finishing him off with his "Ryusei Kick", with Oumurada letting out a cry of "Heil Satan!" before exploding.
