Kiara: Rafiki, who... who are the Outsiders? Rafiki: Well... the Outsiders come from many prides. But, when they are born, they are hated because they are different from their tribe. Kiara: Like you and you're tribe? Rafiki: Yes, just like me. Kiara: But, Rafiki? Rafiki: Yes? Kiara: Why do they hurt everybody? Rafiki: Sometimes, when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain. And this pain can lead you to hate everything.

~ Rafiki explains to Kiara about the Outsiders' nature.
The Outsiders are lions who are considered a threat to the pride of the lions who are ready to annihilate them in revenge according to Zazu. Even though Obasi reminded Kiros of the honor of the lions, who ignored this statement and exterminated Obasi's pride without even formally suspecting.
The Outsiders are ready to pursue survivors like Mufasa and his companions relentlessly by following them to Milele, despite facing environmental dangers. Even Kiros is ready to avenge his son's death to confront Mufasa head-on. They are known to be ruthless and were wise enough to be defeated, but they did not attempt to follow Mufasa beyond a waterfall after one of their own was eaten by crocodiles.
Unlike their original counterparts, this version of the Outsiders lacks any redeeming qualities and shows no respect towards lion prides like Obasi's pride and wish to eliminate them out of vengeful cruelty. They can be cannibalistic, such as Kiros ordering his lionesses to devour Azibo as punishment for letting Shaju die, or even some prides of lions living in the Valley of Kings, such as Obasi's pride.
Biography[]
The Outsiders' past was unknown, but according to Rafiki's explanation to Kiara, the Outsiders were born from different tribes, but despite their birth, they were driven out of their prides of lions because of their white fur, which led to hating the prides of lions, but Kiros became the leader of this pride of banished white lions who would be known as the Outsiders and making his two sisters Akua and Amara his second-in-command.
The Outsiders launched a campaign to conquer the Valley of Kings, Kiros sent his son Shaju accompanied by his friend Azibo to destroy Obasi's pride, Shaju and Azibo hid in the tall grass to ambush, while Eshe taught Mufasa how to hunt oryx, but Shaju and Azibo emerged from the tall grass and attacked Mufasa and Eshe, leaving Taka to hunt his prey and Mufasa killed Shaju by throwing him onto the tip of a sharp log to save his adoptive mother, much to Azibo's shock who fled the Valley of Kings to report to Kiros about Shaju's death, which Obasi became grateful to Mufasa as a token of thanks.
Somewhere in the arid lands (which will probably be the Outlands), Azibo reports to his master Kiros about his son's death and Azibo claims that he is badly injured, but Akua and Amara determine to Azibo that only one lion had blood left on its mane, think that they abandoned Shaju to die and Kiros orders his lionesses to eat Azibo alive, to the shock of Chigaru who reports to Obasi about his concern for the Outsiders.
After Mufasa and Taka left the Valley of Kings for Milele, the Outsiders arrived at the Valley of Kings and confronted Obasi and his pride of lions. Obasi protested that there were rules between lions and Outsiders, but Kiros stated that he had killed all the prides of lions living in the Valley of Kings, except Obasi's pride, and that Kiros intended for there to be only one Lion King. Upon questioning who killed Shaju, Akua and Amara revealed that Mufasa and Taka had fled. During Mufasa and Taka's escape, the Outsiders slaughtered Obasi's entire pride in order to conquer the Valley of Kings.
After slaughtering Obasi's pride of lions, the Outsiders tracked Mufasa and Taka to a river, and Kiros interrogated the two lions who blamed themselves for Shaju's death, and Mufasa answered him and claimed that Taka was just a stray. While Mufasa and Taka were surrendering, Akua and Amara proclaimed that Taka carried the blood of the pride, and Kiros ordered his lionesses to kill Mufasa and Taka. While the Outsiders tracked the two surviving lions, Mufasa and Taka escaped aboard a waterfall, and Taka threw them both into the river below. Kiros ordered one of his pride's lionesses to follow them, but she was eaten by crocodiles.
Along the way, the Outsiders tracked Mufasa, Taka, and their allies to the Great Canyon. As they were about to cross a bridge made of rock pillars, Sarabi unleashed a stampede of elephants that destroyed the bridge, interrupting their pursuit. Kiros roared in anger while Zazu taunted the Outsiders, forcing them to find another way through the canyon.
During their pursuit, the Outsiders lost track of Mufasa on a snowy mountain. During their time, they found Taka and feigned sympathy with Kiros, telling him that Mufasa had killed Obasi. Taka agreed to lead the Outsiders to Milele, Mufasa's destination, and swore loyalty to Kiros.
Despite Taka keeping his word, leaving a trail of claws for the Outsiders to follow. After Mufasa managed to arrive in Milele, the Outsiders confronted him and Kiros revealed Taka's betrayal to Mufasa. When a battle broke out, Kiros forced Mufasa to take refuge in an underground cave. The two lions continued the fight, Kiros attempted to deliver a final blow to kill Mufasa to avenge his son's death, but Taka intervened to save his adopted brother's life. During Mufasa and Taka's fight against Kiros, an earthquake split the land, killing all the Outsiders (including Akua and Amara) and causing Mufasa and Kiros to fall into an underground pool. As they continued fighting, Mufasa felt a boulder fall and threw Kiros, killing him and avenging the death of Obasi's pride and the death of Sarabi's father once and for all.
