Owlie Boop is the main antagonist of The Powerpuff Girls 2016 episode "Mini Golf Madness", she is the mascot of Wooly's Ragtime Mini-Golf who goes into a rampage on Townsville to retrieve the golf ball that Buttercup takes without permission.
Biography[]
After Buttercup plays a perfec round in Wooly's Ragtime Mini-Golf she wants to take the ball as a souvenir trophy, but Wooly says that all the balls must be retrieved, but Buttercup ignores this advice taking the ball anyway. That night Owlie Boop, the mascot of the mini golf is activated and goes in a rampage on Townsville to find the ball. The Powerpuff Girls arrives at time to save the Mayor, who thinks that she is similar to Ms. Bellum except the face and becomes sad since he misses her. While Bubbles goes to console him, Buttercup tries to fight Owlie Boop but the animatronic dodges easily her attacks. Then Blossom comvines her to return the ball to Owlie Boop and power of materialization of objects to create a mini golf club and send the ball to Owlie Boop's mouth, then she returns to Wooly's Ragtime Mini-Golf where she is deactivated.
