Arthur (AKA "P. Hound") is a member of The Crazy Eights. He is a drug-dealing juvenile delinquent who sells cocaine and urinates in public.
He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Biography[]
In "Our Gang", P. Hound and Ho Punch urinated in the middle of the hallway. When Cleveland scolded them for their public indecency, P. Hound said that they had no other place to go, since Big Skeez was occupying the men's bathroom, to give birth to a baby. After that whole day of craziness and monstrosity, Principal Farquhare called all of the misbehaving students into the gymnasium, where he said that someone needed to coach them to act more appropriately. Cleveland volunteered. P. Hound didn't like Cleveland at first but then came around to liking him when Cleveland lied about being the actor who played Al Powell in "Die Hard". He also supported E.L. Fudge's movement to name their team "The Crazy Eights". When Cleveland said that The Crazy Eights should start selling cookies, The Crazy Eights thought they should sell cocaine instead and P. Hound said that he knew several people who were straight up junkies ... for cookies. P. Hound traded a bag of meth with the Stoolbloods so that Momstabba would spare Cleveland's life. After the entire ordeal was over, the Eights, including P. Hound, swore off causing crimes and vowed to be good instead.
In "Squirt's Honor", P. Hound made a cameo as one of the performers of the troubled youth choir. He played the cymbals.
In "The Hangover: Part Tubbs", P. Hound, Ho Punch, and E.L. Fudge made background cameos as members of the Stoolbend High School diving team.
