Biography[]
The Final Empire[]
Paalm was a Kandra. Like all Kandra, she was a spy for the lord ruler, and was tasked with collecting atium. She was said to be one of the most skilled spies among the Kandra. After The Lord Ruler was overthrown and Ruin was defeated and absorbed into Harmony, she became a loyal servant of Harmony.
Mistborn Era 2[]
Harmony sent Paalm to protect Waxillium Ladrian. She took the guise of a woman named Lessie. She and Wax fell in love and got married. She and Wax served as Lawmen together in the Roughs. Harmony ordered her ot fake her death to convince Wax to move back to Elendel. She initially resisted, but eventually gave him. She pretended to be killed by a serial killer named Bloody Tan.
At some point, Paalm ended up removing one of her hemalurgic spikes, possibly under the influence of Autonomy. This drove her insane. She decided to overthrow Harmony and took on the name Bleeder. At some point she teamed up with The Set and learned how to steal powers using Hemalurgy.
She murdered dozens of guests at an auction and then killed Winsting Innate by disguising herself as his brother, Governor Innate. She cut out Winstings tongue as a symbol of removing Harmony's. She then disguised herself as a Pathian priest and attacked a Survivorist Priest, in order to get the two religions to attack each other. She removed the eyes of the priest to symbolize blinding Harmony. She then exposed the use of Kandra to manipulate the people, both in order to create discord and to symbolize deafening Harmony.
Wayne discovered she was Governer Innate, but she managed ot capture him and escape. Eventually, she was confronted by Wax. She disguised herself as Lessie. However, he shot her with a bullet, which was actually a hemalurgic spike, allowing Harmony to control her. She commited suicide so she could not be controlled.
