“ | Oh, but you have! While you cats and dogs were keeping the piece with your worldwide F.A.R.T system, the rest of us pets sat! Day after day, month after month, and in my case, year after year! Waiting for human owners that never came. | „ |

Pablo is the secondary antagonist of the 2020 comedy film Cats & Dogs 3: Paws Unite!, third and final installment of film series.
He is the vengeful cockatoo at a local pet shop, where he, alongside many other pets, are "unwanted" because of cats and dogs.
He was voiced by George Lopez, who also played Mr. Electric from The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl and Glaze in The Spy Next Door.
Appearance[]
Pablo is a male cockatoo with white feathers, black dotted eyes, a black beak, and black claws.
Biography[]
Pablo first appears in the movie when he is trying to fly over thirty-four cans of cat food, all of the "secondary pets" are cheering him on, Pablo, however, ends up crashing at the last pile of cans, which then a tarantula makes fun of him for not being able to fly, Pablo then makes fun of the tarantula for not being able to go to a good home, explains that the pet store owner clips his wings, then proceeds to explain to the tarantula his plan of eliminating all cats and dogs as pets.
Later on, he and Zeke are stalking the main four in a ice-cream van. When Ed says that he's going in for examination, Pablo kidnaps him in an attempt to lure Roger, Gwen, and Duke to the pet shop where Pablo's kept.
The next time we see Pablo is in the pet shop, and he and Zeke are busy watching Roger, Gwen, and Duke on their tables which they are using as security cameras. He then asks Zeke to raise the alarm so that all humans can evacuate the pet shop, all part of his plan. When Roger, Gwen, and Duke runs into the pet shop, Pablo makes a epic reveal that the mastermind is not a rat or a python, but a bird.
After Pablo explains that he's the most evil villain of all time, he opens the cages to all the animals in pet shop and laughs evilly. Pablo then tells Roger that Pablo saw Roger get adopted from that very pet shop, and that he would tell other knock-knock jokes and such. Pablo then asks Zeke to release the other animals so they can round up the others.
Pablo then happily looks as Snarky scares Duke. Pablo then tells the three that it's time to plan their "trip", which is sending them to an island where they will be killed. After Zeke points out that Gwen and Roger's owners are in the pet shop, Roger tries to get to them, but Pablo asks two Snakes to scare Roger back into his crate. Pablo then asks Zeke to get rid of the owners, in which Zeke uses a ear-screeching alarm to mess with them, and everyone outside.
Pablo then closes Gwen, Roger, and Duke's crates so that their owners can't see or hear them. Pablo then calls his Iron Dog Suit so that he can get out of there, like a dog. Duke then helps Gwen and Roger to get out of the crates, in which Pablo asks if they really care for each other so much. A boy then walks in on Pablo and shows him some affection. Pablo actually enjoys this and finally knows what it feels like to be loved.
Pablo then tells Zeke to turn the alarm off and to let the pets go, and Zeke didn't like that. Pablo then says that everyone should feel the love of a human, in which Zeke puts the store on lock-down. After Zeke has his final round up, Pablo steels a remote from him and starts cancelling everything that the two did. Pablo also wipes the memory of all humans so they won't remember what happened.
In the end, Pablo gets adopted by the same boy and is seen living happily with his new family.
