Packrat is a villain introduced in the 2016 version of The Powerpuff Girls. He likes to steal shiny things through the city of Townsville. He has also had girlfriends that are actually plastic dolls.
Packrat was voiced by Jason Spisak who also voiced Silico.
Appearance[]
Packrat is a greedy rat who has grey fur, hair sticking up in the air, a yellow shirt, a fanny pack, a long pink tail, red eyeballs, rings on his fingers and buckteeth.
Personality[]
He likes to steal shiny things throughout the city of Townsville and he does all that stealing because the shiny things are gifts for his dolls. He also has mice minions. He also resembles a Dr. Seuss character.
Powers and abilities[]
He uses his tail to whack someone out of the way.
