History[]
Paint Banbara used his abilities to hide inside various paintings before seeping out and killing humans. He later targeted a boy named Masaru who displayed psionic powers, first kidnapping his mom. He then attempted to kidnap Masaru but Goro became Inazuman and got in the way. Paint Banbara would later go to challenge Goro in order to distract him while a trio of Phantom Soldiers went to kidnap Masaru. The Phantom Soldiers succeeded in capturing the boy, but after escaping from Paint Banbara Inazuman ambushed them and rescued Masaru. Paint Banbara then appeared and Inazuman faced off against it. Paint Banbara sent his paint bombs to attack Inazuman, but Inazuman dodged each of them before summoning Raijingo. As Raijingo flew in the air, Paint Banbara fired more paint missiles at it but Inazuman used Raijingo to grab one and drop it on Paint Banbara, resulting in Paint Banbara being blown up with his own bomb.
