The Palisade Bank Corporation are antagonists in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Founded by Ashani Talwar and her husband Masaaki Oshiro, it is a international bank corporation and conglomerate that offers hyper-exclusive services to the super rich. With their wealth and power rapidly growing exponentially, they use both and as well as their prestige to commit all manners of crimes, and in turn, also allow their clients do the same if they're willing to pay the right price. Headquartered in Prague, they played a role in the 2029 incident, during which their crimes and highly unethical practices would finally be exposed to the world.

Founded in 2017 by Ashani Talwar and her husband Masaaki Oshiro, in an extremely short time the two of them managed to turn their company from a simple banking corporation into a multi-billion dollar international powerhouse, taking ownership of and absorbing various banks in the Czech Republic until they became the top bank in the country. This garnered Ashani an obscene amount of power, wealth and influence, all of which were used to increase all three to even greater heights. Becoming members of the world's ultra elite, it wasn't long before the corporation began operating with various illegal activities, and attracted many clients of notorious reputation behind the scenes. Although it isn't known if Talwar and Oshiro were aware that many of their most powerful clients were all part of the shadow cabal the Illumnati, and in turn if they themselves would become members or affiliated, they nonetheless offered their services to them.
By 2029, the Palisade Corporation was one of the most powerful and wealthy companies in the world, and had become operating illegal ventures now constantly. Engaging in insider trading, it seemed there would be no limit to the money and influence the corporation would amass, and their entire employee structure was now almost fully being illegally monitored 24/7. It was during this time that one of their employees, Simona Saridakis, discovered the companies illegal activities and was going to make them known to the public. For this, Oshiro had her murdered and staged her death to look like she was a thief and was terminated by their security systems. This is when Adam Jensen is contacted by Francis Pritchard and the two would work together with hacker ShadowChild to break into the bank and hack into their system, exposing their shadowy criminal network to the world and the hoard of crimes they were either directly responsible for or enabled their clients to do.
