Papa Lazarou is an antagonistic character in "The League Of Gentlemen" - he regularly kidnaps various people, most of them women to be his wives. His inhuman actions towards his captives include but are not limited to locking a number of them up in a cage for his minions torture with a hose, and stitching them inside his circus animals.
