The Paper Ninja Clan Leader is the merciless leader of the Paper Ninja Clan and the main antagonist of episode 45 of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
He was portrayed by Katsuhiko Kobayashi.
Biography[]
The Clan Leader was responsible for turning the Paper Ninja Clan into a criminal group, selling off their services as assassins and guns-for-hire in exchange for money. Keisuke Mimura later deserted the clan out of disgust for the criminal path it had gone down, leading him to be marked for death and for Oruha to be sent to kill him. During the mission however, Oruha was convinced to change sides by Jiraiya and went into hiding away from the Paper Ninja Clan with Mimura's daughter Kasumi.
However, the Clan Leader was later alerted to Oruha and Kasumi's location by Org Ninja Dokusai of the Sorcerers Clan. Bringing with him a team of fugitive hunters, the Paper Ninja Clan Leader arrived at the Sorcerer Clan's location to kill Oruha and Kasumi. While his henchmen and the Sorcerers Clan held off Jiraiya and Emiha, the Clan Leader went to kill Oruha and Kasumi himself. After discarding his mask, the Clan Leader faced Oruha in battle and quickly got better of him with his mystical abilities. Jiraiya attempted to assist Oruha, but arrived to late to do anything as the Clan Leader had already killed Oruha and Kasumi. A furious Jiraiya then faced the Clan Leader himself and struck him down with his Light Vacuum blade. Oruha and Kasumi were then revived by Jiraishin and bid farewell to Jiraiya before flying off on a paper crane to parts unknown, no longer having to live in fear now that the Clan Leader was dead.
