Park Jae-Sang is the secondary antagonist of the 2022 Korean miniseries, Little Woman, serving as the main antagonist from episodes 1-10, and an overarching antagonist in episodes 11-12.
He is a wealthy and power hungry member of the Jeongran Society, a society of people who originated from the Vietnam war, who came back from the war with a rare blue orchid, called the ghost orchid. The society recruits members and gained power, embezzled funds, and advertised getting rich. If one of them put the society in danger of getting known, they got killed after being given a blue orchid.
Personality[]
Park Jae-Sang appears to be kind and understanding, as he apologizes to a woman wrongly accused and put in jail for over 20 years. He also appears to be a hard-worker in his political campaign, as he mentions growing up poor and wanting to help people who had a hard upbringing like him. But in reality, he is a murderous, manipulative, and incredibly greedy person, who has his team murder anyone who tries to expose him or/and the Jeongran Society.
He is also incredibly smart and cunning, and uses methods to constantly manipulate his audience to make him seem like a good person. Despite this, he is in love, and overly obsessed with his wife Won Sang-A, who constantly manipulates him and ends up forcing him to commit suicide despite him knowing she doesn't care about him as much as he does for her. While he is intelligent, his murderous nature is the reason of his downfall as he is exposed for murdering his brother, Won Sang-woo, due to the latter filming his own murder and sending the scheduled file. He is also incredibly abusive to his daughter, Park Hyorin, erratically lashing out at her multiple times.
