Parker was a minor antagonist in the 2003 TMNT series and Abigail Finn's assistant.
When Casey's neighbor videotaped Mikey in his backyard, Abigail Finn and Parker arrived at the scene to capture the creature. Parker set up a cryogenic container trap to capture the creature and stayed with the van. Mikey and Don arrived at the back of the van and set off the trap, freezing them slowly in the van. Parker found out about the trap and tries to contain it as Finn told him to. The two turtles escape by freezing the door and destroying it with Don's bo. Finn and Parker were humiliated when the monster they caught was Casey Jones in a costume.
