Parker is a character and minor antagonist in The Penguins of Madagascar. He is a platypus that worked with Dr. Blowhole and a former boyfriend of Doris.
He is voiced by Ty Burrel.

"The Penguin Who Loved Me"[]
Partner pretends to work with his girlfriend Doris and the penguins to break free from captivity but in reality is hoping to restore his employer's previous memories. After the penguins and Parker follow Doris to Seaville, they get to Francis' exhibit where it is revealed he is none other than Dr. Blowhole, who has forgotten who he really is and thinks he's Flippy because of his memories being wiped out and is now happily performing tricks for people. Parker than betrays the Penguins and Doris when he reveals he works for Dr. Blowhole and takes him back to the base where all the Lobsters are. As they try to restore his memories, Doris and The Penguins storm in and the aforementioned characters get in a fight. Soon enough Doris accidentally finds Blowhole's Mind Jacker and Parker uses it to restore his memories.
However, their plans are thwarted. Parker and Blowhole are last seen, drifting out to see.
