Genma Wars[]
Parome was the wife of the Maoh King who expresses displeasure towards her husband because of his habit of raping female virgins in order to sire powerful heirs. Parome spends most of her time drinking her problems away, and spying on her husband. Eventually, the Maoh King conceives two boys with a young woman named Non, and Parome is appointed with raising one of the twins. Parome angrily obliges, and raises Loof in the castle, wherein she heavily abused him and took offense at her being referred to as his "mother." When the Maoh King requested to see Non again, Parome - in her paranoia - sends out a group of assassins to dispose of her hated foe. While Gin was working with his mother to gather food, Non is murdered. Soon after, Loof is transformed into a human, and is stripped of his title as prince, and is banished. Upon learning this, Parome uses this opportnity to execute her stepson. Her husband encourages her stance on this, but he mocks her for being "jealous" over how he loved Non.
Throughout the first part of the series, Parome puts all of her time into finding a way to kill Loof. As for her unfaithful husband, Parome prayed to the Great Genma to remove this "sickness" from him before deciding to assassinate him as well, and rule over the barren wasteland herself. Meanwhile, Loof and Gin reunite with each other, and they both decide to attack the castle in order to make their father answer their inquiries. Along the way, they meet their half-siblings, and they all invade the Genma Castle. Parome effortlessly kills most of the half-siblings, only to get seemingly killed by Ran (who was being possessed by the Great Genma King at the time). When the Maoh King was about to kill his sons, a dying Parome stabs her husband through with her sword. In return, the Maoh King finishes the job by stabbing her back; the two crumble into dust after the twin boys are thrown into the time portal. While they fail to prevent humanity's downfall, Parome is truly gone as is her husband.
