Pastor Cyrus Miller is a minor antagonist in the 2021 horror slasher film Fear Street Part III: 1666, the third installament of Netflix's Fear Street trilogy, based on R.L Stine's book series of the same name.
He was the pastor of the Union and the first Shadyside Killer who lured children in the church and gouged their eyes out before gouging his. He also was the father of Hannah Miller and husband of Grace Miller. After trying to attack Sarah Fier, he was killed by Solomon Goode who stabbed him with a pitchfork.
He was portrayed by Michael Chandler.

Background[]
Cyrus Miller was born to an unnamed father and mother in Union, the town of Shadyside and Sunnyvale after they separated. Cyrus Miller at a unknown point in time became a pastor. He eventually married a women named Grace Miller and had a daughter named Hannah Miller. They lived happily in Union. Pastor Cyrus Miller would often play with the towns children including Constance Berman. Solomon Goode, brother of Elijah Goode, gave Pastor Cyrus Miller's name to the devil. The devil cursed the town and Pastor Cyrus Miller became isolated in his house. He eventually lured all the Union's children's in the church. He gouged their eyes out before doing the same to his. The towns people were scared as they hadn't seen their children in hours. Eventually Solomon Goode entered the church first. The townspeople barged them selves in and were devasted on what they saw. As Pastor Cyrus Miller was about to attack Sarah Fier, Solomon Goode killed him by stabbing him with a pitchfork. Grace and Hannah Miller were devasted due to this. After these events, people thought Sarah Fier had cursed this town and Pastor Cyrus Miller in which they hung her.
Fear Street: Part 3[]
The pastor is first seen playing with all the children scaring them by saying he has eyes on the back of his head. Cyrus Miller then reads multiple verses of the bible. One night, Pastor Cyrus Miller soul is given to the devil by Solomon Goode. He stays indoors more often while the town is suffering from a curse. Pastor Cyrus Miller starts to read more verses of the bible and doesn't even listen to Hannah Miller or Grace Miller. He lures all the towns children into the church and gouges their eyes out before doing the same to his. As the townspeople barge in Cyrus, is seen tapping or scraping his nails on the board. He starts to mumble "I can see now, I can see now." As he is about to attack Sarah Fier, Solomon Goode kills him with a pitchfork.
