Patrick Herschel is the protagonist villain of the 1980 Italian exploitation horror film, Patrick Still Lives (Patrick Vive Ancora). He is a young man that develops a telekinectic power during coma in which he is free to commit brutal murders.
He was portrayed by Gianni Dei.
Biography
While Patrick and his father, who was a doctor, hitchikes as their car doesn't work, an unseen individual in the car drops a bottle, causing it to break to pierce in Patrick's face. After a treatment, he was in coma. Later, he began killing a man in the pool via scalding. The next night, he murders David then Stella, who was upon seeing David then a disemboweled cat found in the fridge, by driving through her vagina then to the mouth.
After his father urged him, something goes wrong on the machine, which means Patrick would die. Another medic repair a meter machine, but gets electrocuted, causing it to kill the other comatose patients. After committing a mass murder, he struggled to stab his father, who tries to use syringe on Cheryl. Cheryl sees Patrick, but it's unknown what would happen as we last see Patrick while Cheryl screams.

- Stella Randolph: Impaled through her crotch and out through her mouth with a poker while raping her (which was the most infamous)
