Patrick Morgan is a major antagonist in The Sarajevo Six, an expansion campaign exclusively to the Playstation 4 version of HITMAN (2016).
He appeared as the main antagonist in the mission The Mercenary as its main target. He was one of the Sarajevo Six, a group of war criminals that were targeted by the International Contract Agency, and became a member of Private Militia in Colorado under Sean Rose.
Biography
The past of Patrick Morgan, codenamed "The Mercenary", was largely unknown. However, he became a freelancer almost a decade ago, but retained links with CICADA, as a highly-paid consultant on Sigma operations. He was considered as the most dangerous of the original Sigma group, even with his rank being the lowest. He was well trained and highly experienced in almost every war-zone since the 1990s.
Even after going underground almost twelve months ago, Morgan retained links with the rest of the Sigma group, indicating a strong attachment to his original group, which likely overrides any loyalty he may feel to his current employer, the Shadow Client and his Private Militia.
His role within the Sigma unit was as tactical lead. As such, he developed that unit's signature intense-assault technique. The technique focused on a relentless advance on enemy positions, and proved highly effective in both the wilderness and urban environments.
Trivia
- Patrick Morgan is the only target in HITMAN (2016) that is armed and willing to attack the player, as opposed to running away and requesting help.
