Paul Boucher, also known as Poppa Poutine is the main antagonist of Riverdale's second season's 12th chapter "The Wicked and The Divine". He was also Small Fry Boucher's father.
He was portrayed by M.C. Gainey.
Role[]
Poppa greeted Hiram Lodge to a dinner in Pop's with Lenny Kowalski and Carl Martin. They talked about job and Archie, who is Hiram's assistant in there listened them. Then Poppa abused and mocked Hiram about his wife and Fred Andrews. Suddenly Pop gives his order and Poppa shouts that food was bad, Hiram told to apologize him.
After Dinner, Poutine told Lenny Kowalski and Carl Martin that Hiram is a problem and nedd to die, Archie heard this and warned Hiram Lodge . Next day Agent Arthur Adams said to Archie that Poppa Poutine was found dead in his home. He was shot from his head by Andre.
Weeks later, Boucher's son, Small Fry, break into Pembrooke in Riverdale Riot and killed Andre, but Hermione killed him at the last second before he killed her and Veronica to punish Hiram by his father's order.
Personality[]
Presumably a well-known name in crime, Paul Boucher was shown to be inconsiderate of others. This was repeatedly made known, first by Boucher insulting a diner owner, then by plotting against one of his associates.
Apparently, Paul believed that the faults of parents fell on their children, as he told his son that if he ever died his son would have to kill Veronica to punish Hiram.
