Paul Swindell, also known as Mr. Swindell, is the titular antagonist of the 2013 Nickelodeon television film Swindle. He is the owner of his own store, and is later revealed to be a notorious scammer after swindling Ben Durpee out of a valuable baseball card.

He was portrayed by Fred Ewanuick.

While at first seeming like a generous business dealer, it is soon revealed that Swindell is a notorious swindler. He gleefully scams others, and is even heard angrily threatening to sue his mother over the phone. Many have also fell victim to Swindell, as the internet claims that he has scammed and loan-sharked others and took candy from a baby.

Outside of that, Swindell is a bad-tempered man who will play along as long as it benefits him. He ruined a bride and groom's wedding, and fully stated that he didn't care. However, Swindell is also a coward who feared being harmed by Ivan Volkov and his men.
