| ~ Earth-X Peacemaker encountering his Earth-1 counterpart. |
Christopher Smith, also known as Peacemaker, is a minor antagonist in the second season of the DC Universe superhero series Peacemaker.
He is the Earth-X counterpart of Peacemaker and a renowned superhero who tries to achieve peace at any cost, no matter how many people he has to kill to do so. However, due to Earth-X being conquered by the Nazis during World War II, He is also a white supremacist and ruthless enforcer of their regime, alongside his brother. He is also the archenemy of Earth-X Vigilante.
He was portrayed by John Cena, who also played both his DCEU and DCU counterpart, himself during his time as a wrestler, Baron Draxum in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Agent Jack Burns in Bumblebee, Jakob Toretto in the Fast & Furious franchise, and Rocksteady in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.
Biography[]
Past[]
Christopher Smith was born to Auggie Smith and an unnamed mother on Earth-X, some time after the Nazis won World War II and took over the planet, with his brother, Keith, being born several years before him. Two years after Christopher's birth, their mother passed away. Throughout their lives, Auggie raised his sons lovingly, in stark contrast to the horrific abuse that his Earth-1 counterpart subjected them to. As a result, Christopher grew up to have an incredibly close bond with his father and brother.
At some point, the three Smiths became technologically-enhanced "superheroes" and formed the Top Trio, a team of white supremacists who enforce the Nazi Party's regime on Earth-X. Christopher became "Peacemaker", while Auggie became "Blue Dragon" and Keith became "Captain Triumph". During their heroics, Christopher developed problems with sleepwalking and pill addiction.
Despite living in a world run by Nazis, Auggie strongly disagreed with their ideologies. Viewing himself as too weak to fight the system, he instead began to teach his beliefs to his sons. However, this most likely backfired, with both Keith and Chris implied to be pro-Nazi superheroes.
He also began a relationship with Emilia Harcourt who went on many dates and trips with her, and at the time, were very much in love. Christopher, however, ended their relationship to focus on his war on crime and to spend time with another woman named Karen. Despite this, he would still keep a picture of him and Harcourt on his nightstand. He also developed an adversarial relationship with Vigilante, in stark contrast to his Earth-1 counterpart who are best friends, who joined the Sons of Liberty because they are apparently archenemies.
Peacemaker[]
After returning to his home in Evergreen from Blüdhaven, he found his Earth-1 counterpart in his bedroom and held him at gunpoint, while threatening to kill him out of justification. Earth-1 Peacemaker moved him and attempted to escape, until Earth-X Peacemaker activated his magic stars to stop him, which scratched up his back. Earth-1 Peacemaker ran into the Quantum Unfolding Chamber and Earth-X Peacemaker followed him in and mercilessly beat him up. Just as he was about to kill him, Earth-1 Peacemaker activated his jetpack and launched him into the ceiling, impaling him on a shard. Realizing what he did, Earth-1 Peacemaker went to help him and Earth-X Peacemaker grabbed and looked his counterpart one last time, before dying in his arms.

Trivia[]
- Some fans have speculate that this variant of Peacemaker could be a closeted homosexual and could possibly had a secret relationship with Rick Flag Jr of his world. As indications includes Emilia Harcourt's reasoning of their breakup (describing him sounding curious on his sexuality), Rick Flag Jr. seeming more shock rather than envious at Peacemaker's attempt to get Harcourt back.
