Peach Salinger is a major antagonist in the Netflix show You. She is portrayed by Shay Mitchell.
Peach is the best friend of Guinevere Beck and secretly has an obsessional crush on her. This leads her to have innapropiate sexual pictures and videos of Beck on her laptop including a video of Beck taking a bath.
Peach tries very hard to control Beck's life, stating that Beck "does not know what's best for her".
Peach gets extremely worried when Beck is distant from her, once going to the point and pretending to overdose on drugs and be sick. She requests that Beck sleep with her that night to which the latter does.
As a result of her crush on Beck Peach is extremely jealous and hateful toward Beck's boyfriend Joe Goldberg. She attempts to antagonise their relationship and has concerns about Joe's behaviour toward Beck (admitedly she is proven to be right about Joe).
Peach catches Joe hiding in her house and knocks him out. When Joe awakens Peach aims a gun at him and questions why he has Benji, Beck's ex boyfriend's watch. Joe attempts to run away only for Peach to shoot him in the leg. Joe pretends to be dead as Peach approaches him to check he is. When she turns around Joe suddenly trips her over, takes her gun and kills her.
