Pearce Stephens is a minor antagonist in both Dead Rising 2 and its reimagining Dead Rising 2: Off The Record. He is a Phenotrans scientist tasked to harvest Queens.
He was voiced by Sam Vincent, who also voiced Carl Schliff in the same franchise.
Biography[]
Pearce and another scientist Mark Bradson were tasked by Phenotrans with gathering Queens in Fortune City when the outbreak occurred.
In Case 7-2: The Only Lead together with Mark, they are heard and seen talking about mature Queens ready for shipping. Stephens is told by Bradson to call the head doctor to tell him that they are ready to harvest the shipping. Stephens pulls out a phone and calls the doctor and tells him the news while typing on a computer. As Chuck calls out to them as "poindexters", the two men each grab a pistol from the table and aim at Chuck, asking who he is and what he is doing there.
They are then defeated and killed by Chuck. After the fight, Chuck inspects the lab and takes the labtop and tries to enter but it is password protected. Before leaving, Chuck takes the labtop and calls the scientists bastards as well as taking a cup of coffee. He comically thanked them for the coffee and sees Mark's ID card and uses it for the panel.
