Senior Manager Pearl is a minor antagonist in the 2023 turn-based tactical role-playing science fantasy video game Honkai: Star Rail.
Pearl is the senior manager who is an intellitron in the Interastral Peace Corporation's Strategic Investment Department, and one of the Ten Stonehearts. She's interested in the topics relating to Borderstar Trade War and Mechanical Emperor's Wars and reached out Herta to gather the information in the Simulated Universe. She's one of the Ten Stonehearts who's chosen by Diamond to precide over proceedings for Aventurine's Future and reported Amber and Sapphire's votes before voting in Aventurine's Favor.
She's voiced by Cat Protano (Who also voiced Marie Anto from Persona 5 Tactica, and Setaria from Genshin Impact) in English dub, Kiyono Yasuno in Japanese dub, Yeon Yoon-mi in Korean dub, and Su Wan in Chinese dub.

- Pearl, being an inorganic lifeform, ironically is named after the organic gemstone, which composed of Calcium Carbonate & Conchiolin. However, pearl is associated with water on account of being produced by aquatic mollusks.
- Pearl also shares some aspects of Sangonomiya Kokomi, one of the heroic playable characters in Genshin Impact for having Water and Pearl Motifs and also having hime-cut hair. Additionally, they both shares the same Korean Voice Actress.
